Our skincare products are formulated with Dead Sea minerals and other active ingredients. Results may vary depending on individual skin type and condition.
- Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before processing. We accept Mpesa and card payments. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within Kenya. Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
- Returns & Refunds
For hygiene and safety, opened skincare products cannot be returned. Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery (customer pays return shipping).
- Appointments
Treatments are tailored following a skin analysis. Please disclose any allergies or medical conditions before your session. Service appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Limitation of Liability
Dead Sea Skin Professionals Africa is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from misuse, undisclosed conditions, or failure to follow usage instructions.
